1) 09/05/2016 - From our analysis it is found that, The batch number for the particular material/size is in the return delivery is not matching with the actual material/size batch in the system.

Below is the batch number in the return delivery for 11270421/SM size .

Actual material /size combination for the batch 0004133607 in the system is as below.

Above is causing the issue.

The user has updated the batch numbers wrongly in the delivery as below.

Resolution

1) 09/05/2016- Informed the above mentioned reason to NEC.
